Are you trying to control what is outside of your control?
Thinking we have any control outside of ourselves, can lead to negative thoughts, frustration, anger, worry, stress and anxiety.
Interestingly, there are actually very few things that are really under our control.
For example; we can control what we do, what we eat and drink, how we act, what we think, how we respond, how we react to experiences or other people....
We can’t control other people, what they say, what they do, their own experiences, their perspectives, their responses. That's not up to us.
What can we do?
Live our lives according to our own values, be true to ourselves, be honest, be authentic, be kind; to self and others!
