Ginseng is a highly valued medicinal plant consumed worldwide for its tonic effects. Used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for 5000 years, it is universally considered a tonic for improved energy and well-being.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS

Ginseng is particularly contra-indicated in acute asthma, excessive menstruation, nose bleeds, acute infections, pregnancy, pre & post surgery.

Avoid concurrent use with anti-depressants, stimulants eg caffeine, amphetamines or blood thinning medications (anti-coagulants) eg Warfarin.

Ginseng may be contra-indicated with other medications and health conditions, always seek professional advice.
