Closing One Door, Opening Another 🌿📚
After supporting people as a coach in intimacy, relationships, midlife and therapeutic coaching, I’ve reached a moment where my own life is asking for a shift. Living with fibromyalgia means my energy has to be cared for in new, kinder ways. And over time, I’ve found that writing — quietly, steadily, creatively — is where my voice flows best now. ✍️
This isn’t a hard goodbye to 1:1 and couples coaching. Think of it more as me gently placing that part of my work on pause, leaving the door ajar. If the time feels right in future, I may well step back in. For now, though, my compass points firmly towards the written word.
Writing allows me to keep sharing, inspiring, and connecting with you — only now through pages and posts, blogs and books. The same warmth, honesty and compassion that guided my coaching sessions are now woven into my writing.
I already have two books out in the world that reflect different sides of this journey:
💙 Midlife Man: Crisis or Opportunity? – a no-fluff guide to intimate reconnection and modern masculinity.
💜 She Rises – a midlife woman's intimacy guide to reconnection and reclaiming her sensual self.
Both available on Amazon in Kindle and Paperback versions.
Both were born from the very conversations I had with clients and in groups, from observations and my own lived experience. They’re my way of keeping the conversation going, even as I step back from coaching.
To those who have trusted me as a coach — thank you. It’s been a great privilege to walk beside you.
And to those who journey with me now as readers and fellow travellers: welcome to this new chapter, my life as an author.
From disconnection to reconnection, whether in person or on the page — I’m still here, still walking with you. 🌊✨
